Sun Card

1. Fold cardstock in half, cutting it into a circle with a circle cutter and making sure to let the top of the circle slightly overlap the fold in the cardstock.
2. Adhere the strips of paper facedown to the inside of the card.
3. Using a craft knife, make a tiny slit in the middle of the fold of the cardstock and slide a strip of paper through. Continue to place strips evenly around the sun, adhering the strips to the inside front of the card.
4. Using the leftover cardstock, cut another circle and adhere it to the inside of the card to cover the backs of the paper strips. Stitch around the edges of the card if desired.
5. Attach buttons for eyes and create a mouth using leftover cardstock.
