PUFFY-PAINT A BACKGROUND
Design by Mellette Berezoski
Pump ordinary patterned paper with puffy paint. Avoid overpowering a busy pattern by applying puffy paint to only one or two elements of the design, as Mellette did on the diamond and paisley papers. Allow the paint to dry completely before starting a new color to prevent smudges.
