Rub-On Stitches
Give your sewing machine the night off with rub-on stitches like those from Doodlebug Design. Sold in black and white styles, the rub-ons look just like zigzag, straight, or creative stitches, yet take a fraction of the time. Use them to border an entire piece of card stock, to dot an “i,” or embellish just a corner of a photo. Rub-on details are also made to look like a paper has been distressed or inked.
