Get it on paper. Creating this scrapbook page was a fun way for me to remember my resolutions, and the formality adds gravity to my commitments. For each resolution, I used a picture that inspires me to keep going.
Hold yourself accountable. To make sure I follow through, I added a card to fill in at the end of the year and tucked it into a clear pocket.
