PUNCH AND DIE CUT

Design by Leah Fung

Head for the border. Some of my favorite scrapbook tools are my punches—I use them almost every day! For this challenge I grabbed my border punches first and added fun decorative edges to strips of cardstock in different colors.

Decorate with die cuts. I also love die cuts. I have more die-cutting tools than I’ll ever admit. With a little machine stitching and some adhesive foam, I created several paper piecings out of cardstock. I also layered die-cut letters to create my own faux chipboard letters for the title.

SOURCES Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper. Font: Century Gothic. Die cuts: Cricut by Provo Craft. Paint pen: Sharpie. Thread: Coats & Clark. Punches: Fiskars (borders), EK Success (small flower).
