1. Build the background. On a 12x12" sheet of light blue cardstock h, mount a flush with the bottom. Layer b on a and add stitches around three sides. (Vicki stamped her stitches, but a machine-sewn or rub-on stitches would work, too.) Stamp flowers and butterflies on b.
2. Place your photos. Mat a 5x7" photo on white cardstock i and angle it in the upper left corner. Mat three smaller photos on pink cardstock j and attach it as Vicki did in the lower right corner.
3. Embellish. Apply round rub-ons f to the circle of c and larger circle of d and add them to the layout as Vicki did, trimming the excesses off the bottom. Apply a red bird rub-on g to the smaller circle of d and mount it on the right side; then layer the piece of c on top. Place gems k on chipboard accent e. Center and attach e on top of c to create the title. Add red buttons k and attach journaling strips diagonally.
