1. Mount the larger strip of the striped paper on the bottom of a full piece of solid pink paper, leaving the middle open like a pocket. Tuck the bottom edge of a green cardstock mat under the striped paper, leaving equal amounts of background on three edges.
2. Size your photos to 3-7/8x5-1/2" and 4-7/8x7" and print. Round the upper left corner of the larger photo and the bottom right corner of the smaller print. Position and attach the photos as Angelia did, leaving the lower part of the smaller photo unattached for now.
3. Use a corner rounder to shape the lower corners of the larger strip of dotted paper. Slide and attach the strip beneath the smaller photo. Mount the square of the dotted paper to the top right corner of the green mat. Attach a scrap piece of vellum beneath the metal frame and position it in the upper right corner, applying stickers to the metal frame for the title. Add trim along the top edge of the striped paper, journaling strips printed on cardstock to the dotted paper, and buttons for flair.
