WEAVE A BACKGROUND
Design by Jill Hornby
Jill created a distinctive background by weaving strips of decorative tape together. To achieve the look, lay out the horizontal pieces first. Lightly adhere one end while allowing the remainder of the strip to hang loose. Add vertical strips one by one, weaving them through the horizontal strips. When you’re done, press firmly to secure a permanent bond. Jill wove her design across two pages and then cut them apart so the design would line up.
