Stamp in Empty Space

Design by Erikia Ghumm

Use dead space in a photo to further enhance the theme of your layout. Erikia stamped a variety of heart images to reinforce the love motif.

Tip 1: Make sure to pick the right ink for the job. When stamping on photos, a permanent dye ink works best.

Tip 2: To prevent smearing, Erikia used a light touch. That rule goes for stamping on any slick surface, such as photos or transparencies.

SOURCES Cardstock: WorldWin Papers. Patterned paper: Hambly Screen Prints (pink), BasicGrey (orange, yellow), K&Company (olive), Déjà Views for The C-Thru Ruler Company (green). Rubber stamps: Inkadinkado (hearts, stitching), Club Scrap (date), Vintage (all other). Ink, glitter glue: Ranger Industries. Acrylic paint: Making Memories.
