Fashion Non-Sense
design by Heather Melzer
Her husband’s choice of a mismatched outfit for their daughter was the perfect background for this hysterical photo taken by Heather. She scanned the shirt and skirt and cropped each image to a 5-3/4" square. She copied and pasted each image, so that she had two identical pieces of each pattern, and grouped them to form an 11-1/2" square. The washout feature in Microsoft PowerPoint tones down the image so that the photo stands out when placed on top. Heather typed her journaling on top of the scanned image and printed it onto matte scrapbook paper. Then she simply adhered it to a sheet of white card stock and added her title and embellishments.
