Baby Bootie

Danelle Johnson designed this collage around a computer-tinted photograph printed on watercolor paper. After choosing a background paper with a graphic text pattern, she began adding layers of soft ribbon, fabric, and embellishments. She dressed up the photo with a vintage belt buckle and sheer ribbon, then added a painted slide mount and a pressed flower sandwiched in an optical lens.
